Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Labour Relations for our Canada location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead collective bargaining, negotiations, contract administration, and interpretation
  • Develop and implement labour relations strategies and initiatives
  • Provide advice and guidance on labour relations matters to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA considered an asset
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive labour relations experience, and employee relations experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills in facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and work to plan
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with provincial employment standards and labour relations legislation
  • Skill and proficiency in a wide range of HR practice areas and systems
