Job Title: Sales/Technical Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Rubber Group. This individual will be responsible for managing regional rubber and plastics accounts in the United States and key accounts designated to them.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts.
  2. Collaborate with other account managers for accounts that span multiple regions/product lines.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries.
  4. Communicate the value of Rubber Group and its products to clients.
  5. Listen to customer needs and translate them into opportunities.
  6. Collect and analyze customer, market, and competitive information.
  7. Develop and update sales forecasts for planning purposes.
  8. Build strong relationships between Rubber Group and our clients.
  9. Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
  10. Participate in industry organizations and attend relevant trade shows.
Requirements:
  1. Collaboration – embodies a team player approach with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  2. Communication – exceptional oral, written, and communication skills, with the ability to converse in chemical/polymer terminology.
  3. Education – Bachelor's degree, preferably in polymers or a related field, with a higher level of education being an asset.
  4. Work Experience – minimum 5 years of sales or technical sales experience in the rubber industry.
  5. Motivation – self-starter who can work independently while producing results.
  6. Organization – able to analyze, collect, and track large amounts of information.

Salary and commission will be established based on experience and capabilities.
