Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and clean technology, looking to kick-start their career in a rapidly growing industry. You'll work closely with our sales team, researching markets and customers to identify opportunities for Survalent to solve complex problems.
As an Account Development Representative, you'll play a key role in setting Survalent's go-to-market strategy, leveraging your skills to develop new business connections through warm and cold outreach. You'll also participate in strategy discussions with our sales team and other cross-functional groups.
- Develop and execute Survalent's sales strategy, researching and cultivating new business connections via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Update Salesforce with details of all communications with customers, ensuring seamless sales operations.
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expansion.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-4 years of experience working in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales.
- A passion for sales and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
