Job Title: Strategic Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales General Manager to lead our team in the Trade, Broadcasting and Other Services industry. This role involves allocating resources, authorizing departments, coordinating work, establishing objectives, and representing the organization.

About the Role:
  • This is a permanent, full-time position that starts as soon as possible.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing organizational policies and programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
Experience and Specialization:

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment.

  • Tight deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:

$62.00 per hour, 30 hours per week. Our company offers competitive salaries and benefits packages to our employees.
