Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Red Team operators to simulate security incidents and identify vulnerabilities in our systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance our security posture and reduce the risk of cyber threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our security measures are aligned with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest threat intelligence and emerging technologies to inform our security strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that security risks are understood and addressed.
- 3+ years of experience in a Red Team or cybersecurity operations role.
- Experience with offensive tools and platforms such as Kali Linux, Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, and others.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on identifying and mitigating security risks.
- 4+ years of experience in a Red Team or cybersecurity operations role.
- Experience with cloud-based environments and web application firewalls.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Ruby, and Rails.
- Experience with reverse engineering and vulnerability assessment.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulations, such as HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
