We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our Sales Operations Team at LifeRaft. This individual will play a critical role in helping us continue our unprecedented growth by working closely with Account Executives and the Customer Success Team to build and deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our threat intelligence and investigations platform, Navigator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and convey the benefits of our product
  • Develop and deliver customized product demonstrations that clearly illustrate the return on investment (ROI) for potential clients
  • Scope and execute successful Proof of Concept trials to demonstrate the capabilities of our platform
  • Exhibit technical expertise and ability to relate to a diverse audience, including leadership of Fortune 500 companies and C-level executives
  • Maintain internal CRM accounts and provide thought leadership and product knowledge to support and educate clients
  • Help expand customer and prospect databases through trade shows and other events
  • Contribute to company growth and development by providing insights and recommendations to the sales, marketing, and leadership teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in a product demonstration or solutions engineer position, preferably within the Corporate Security or OSINT Industries
  • Proven record of providing outstanding client interactions and strong knowledge of business processes (sales, marketing, service, support)
  • Experience working with Corporate Security, Threat Analysts, or Open-Source Intelligence would be of additional value
