LifeRaft is seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our Sales Operations Team. This individual will play a critical role in helping to drive our company's growth by working closely with Account Executives and the Customer Success Team to build and deliver compelling product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and convey them effectively.
  • Build and deliver customized product demonstrations that clearly illustrate ROI and industry expertise.
  • Scope and execute successful Proof of Concept trials.
  • Exhibit technical platform capabilities and ability to relate to the audience, including leadership of Fortune 500 companies and C-level executives.
  • Maintain internal CRM accounts.
  • Provide thought leadership and product knowledge for the sales, marketing, client experience, and leadership teams.
  • Help to expand customer and prospect databases through trade shows and other events.
  • Contribute to company growth and development.
  • Support the Customer Success team during trials and throughout a client's lifecycle to ensure clients are using the product to its full potential.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a product demonstration or solutions engineer position, preferably within the Corporate Security or OSINT Industries.
  • Proven record of providing outstanding client interactions.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes (sales, marketing, service, support).
  • Experience working with Corporate Security, Threat Analysts, or Open-Source Intelligence would be of additional value.
