About Xanadu:
Xanadu's mission is to create accessible and powerful quantum computers for global use. As our in-house User Experience and Interface authority, you will play a key role in shaping the visual design and user experience of all Xanadu and PennyLane interfaces.
$140,000 - $170,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities- Create user-centric designs for public-facing websites and internal applications, collaborating with Product Managers, Design Lead, Researchers, and Developers throughout the design lifecycle.
- Enhance usability, navigation, and accessibility of our designs.
- Craft intuitive and impactful user interfaces and interactions with the Design Lead.
- Develop, maintain, and expand our design systems.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
You will be an invaluable asset to the Design and Product teams with your positive energy, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of industry experience with user-facing interface and user experience for web and mobile/tablet.
- UX/UI certification.
- Proficiency in user interface design and web-user behaviour analysis tools.
- Experience with user research, information architecture, interface design, interaction design, and prototyping.
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively, with excellent collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts that enhance the end-user experience.
- Familiarity with GitHub, HTML/CSS or other developer coding platforms.
