We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Sixteen Nine Enterprises Inc.
Job Summary:The Area Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and training.
- Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and implement inventory control software.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies, manage sales promotions, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 years or more in retail management or a related field.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in accounting software, word processing software, database software, and inventory control software.
- Transportation: Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
