We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Sixteen Nine Enterprises Inc.
Job Summary:The Area Manager will be responsible for managing a team of staff and overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 5-10 staff members and assign duties as needed
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold in our stores
- Implement price and credits policies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and growth
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- 5 years or more of experience in a retail management role
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Ability to work in a urban area and travel as needed

Work Schedule:32 to 40 hours per week
