- Determine merchandise and services to be sold based on market trends and customer demand
- Implement price and credits policies to maximize sales and profitability
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth store operations
- 5 years or more of experience in retail management
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 32 to 40 hours of work per week
The Area Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
