Nurse Practitioner Position

Health Careers in Sask is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Tatagwa View in Weyburn. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive healthcare services to residents, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Order diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) degree.
- Two (2) years of experience as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in a relevant area.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and Basic Life Support Instructor Certificate (BLS).
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
