About the Role:The Pharmacy Assistant Supervisor Relief III is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling pharmacy assistants, coordinating workflow, and managing department personnel. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule pharmacy assistants to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Coordinate pharmacy workflow to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Manage department personnel, including scheduling, recruitment, performance management, and training
- Coach pharmacy assistants to deliver superior customer experiences and contribute to a positive and productive working environment
- Promote PROfile Programs and educate pharmacy assistants
- Communicate operational requirements and changes to pharmacy support staff
- Complete monthly reporting and supervise inventory management
- Process customer transactions, assemble prescriptions, and perform administrative duties
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of MS Suite
