Pharmacy Assistant Supervisor Relief III

Job Summary:
The Pharmacy Assistant Supervisor Relief III is a key role in our pharmacy team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacies. As a Relief Supervisor, you will travel to various locations within the Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia, providing support and leadership to our pharmacy teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule pharmacy assistants, coordinate pharmacy workflow, and manage department personnel, including scheduling, recruitment, performance management, and training.
- Customer Service and Experience: Coach pharmacy assistants to deliver superior customer experiences, actively contributing to a health and wellness environment.
- PROfile Programs and Education: Promote PROfile Programs and educate pharmacy assistants on their implementation.
- Operational Requirements: Communicate operational requirements and changes to pharmacy support staff.
- Reporting and Inventory Management: Complete monthly reporting and supervise inventory management.
- Administrative Duties: Process customer transactions, assemble prescriptions, refill prescriptions, compound medications, and perform administrative tasks.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma and minimum 2 years' experience as a pharmacy assistant or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Above-average communication skills, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask.
