At Lawtons, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Assistant Supervisor Relief III to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing pharmacy operations, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and coordinate pharmacy assistant activities to ensure efficient workflow and optimal customer service.
- Manage department personnel, including scheduling, recruitment, performance management, and training.
- Coach pharmacy assistants to deliver superior customer experiences and contribute to a positive and productive working environment.
- Promote PROfile Programs and educate pharmacy assistants on their benefits.
- Communicate operational requirements and changes to pharmacy support staff.
- Complete monthly reporting and supervise inventory management.
- Process customer transactions, assemble prescriptions, and perform administrative duties.
- Receive and process refill requests, record deliveries, and perform data entry tasks.
- Manage product orders, deliveries, and drug orders, as well as perform pill pack assembly and BTC management.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S and regulatory requirements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmacy assistant or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of MS Suite.
