Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant Supervisor Relief III

At Lawtons, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Assistant Supervisor Relief III to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing department personnel, and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule pharmacy assistants and coordinate the pharmacy workflow
  • Manage department personnel, including scheduling, recruitment, performance management, and training
  • Coach pharmacy assistants to deliver superior customer experience and contribute to a health and wellness environment
  • Promote PROfile Programs and educate pharmacy assistants
  • Communicate operational requirements and changes to pharmacy support staff
  • Complete monthly reporting and supervise inventory management
  • Process customer transactions, assemble prescriptions, and perform administrative duties
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a pharmacy assistant or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of MS Suite
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
