Job Title: Property Rentals Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Rentals Manager to join our team at Goldberg Professional Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Property Rentals Manager will be responsible for overseeing the rental process, ensuring timely and efficient execution of lease agreements, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lease Administration: Negotiate and approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owners, ensuring terms of lease agreements are met.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents, as well as support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, and coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation.
  • Financial Management: Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners, compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, and prepare expense and income reports.
  • Customer Service: Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience in property management or a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
