Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at TNT Property Management. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our commercial facilities, including construction projects, real estate management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Construction Projects: Direct and control construction projects, including evaluating modifications to commercial, transportation, or recreational facilities and real estate.
- Real Estate Management: Oversee the operations of facilities and included real estate, including leasing space and developing marketing strategies.
- Customer Service: Identify customers' needs, recommend products or services, and deliver sales presentations.
- Staff Supervision: Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff, including equipment maintenance and repair.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure, physically demanding.
- Dental Plan: Comprehensive dental plan.
- Permanent Employment: Permanent employment with TNT Property Management.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
