We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at TNT Property Management.
Job Summary:The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our commercial facilities, including construction projects, real estate management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Construction Projects: Direct and control construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Real Estate Management: Evaluate and oversee the operations of commercial facilities and real estate, including leasing and marketing strategies.
- Customer Service: Identify customer needs and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Statistics: Prepare and submit reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective operations.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Dental Plan: Comprehensive dental plan.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
