Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at TNT Property Management. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial facilities and real estate properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Construction Projects: Direct and control construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Facilities Operations: Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities, including maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures.
- Client Relations: Identify customers' needs and provide recommendations for products or services.
- Reporting and Statistics: Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
- Staff Supervision: Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure and in physically demanding environments.
- Dental Plan: Comprehensive dental plan for employees.
- Permanent Employment: Permanent employment with opportunities for growth and development.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
