Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at TNT Property Management. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our commercial facilities, including construction projects, real estate management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construction Projects: Direct and control construction projects, including evaluating modifications to commercial, transportation, or recreational facilities and real estate.
  • Real Estate Management: Oversee the operations of facilities and included real estate, including leasing space and developing marketing strategies.
  • Customer Service: Identify customer needs, recommend products or services, and deliver sales presentations.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and physically demanding work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
