Job Title: Personal Support Worker

Life At Home is seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to our clients, assisting them with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer activities, such as walking and using the bathroom
  • Administer medications and perform other tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and punctuality
Work Environment:

Our clients live in their own homes, and as a Personal Support Worker, you will be working in a variety of settings, including private homes and community centers.
