Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Nursing Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at ParaMed Home Health Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care, including toileting and incontinence care
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a Personal Support Worker program or equivalent experience
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
