Job Title: Personal Care Attendant

Assurance Home Care Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant to join our team. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and positioning clients
  • Administer medications and perform other medical tasks as required
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
