Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled French Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling client needs, requests, and making recommendations. This role offers the opportunity to become familiar with CAMP's software, clientele, and brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer care skills to clients in both English and French
  • Support business interactions, setup, and connect clients to proper Aircraft Analysts as needed
  • Develop intermediate understanding of computer software and applications like Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
About the Role

This position is ideal for individuals who are fluent in both English and French and have intermediate computer skills. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for providing a positive experience.
