Job Title: Director Supply Chain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Supply Chain to join our team at The RFT Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic supply chain initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end supply plans for assigned products, ensuring timely delivery of materials and meeting commercial requirements.
  • Lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including the Monthly Supply Review meeting, to ensure alignment of manufacturing and supply plans with commercial demand.
  • Implement risk-based inventory management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare strategic 'what-if' product scenario analysis to identify risks and opportunities, and confirm manufacturing and supply plans are aligned with commercial demand, inventory strategy, and sourcing strategy.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve planning systems for current and future commercial products, working closely with Quality, Finance, and Business Process Excellence functions to ensure transaction controls and compliance are met.
  • Coordinate development of the 5-Year Units plan for all products assigned, and manage level reporting to support product network strategy and life-cycle management.
  • Lead budget and quarterly Flash update processes for Commercial Supply Chain, and execute the purchasing function for External Operations in line with department procedures and procurement policies.
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12+ years' work experience, or a Masters in a Supply Chain or Business related field and 9+ years' work experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in supply chain leadership, with expertise in network supply planning, sales and operations planning, inventory management, and scenario planning.
