Job Title: Supply Chain Director

Job Summary:

The RFT Group is seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Director to lead our supply chain operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Lead a team of supply chain professionals to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement process improvements
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective supply chain operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. supply chain management, business administration)
  • 12+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving efficiency
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with supply chain management software and systems
