About the Role

The Senior Compensation Analyst will play a key role in the Compensation Design and Analytics team, providing expert analysis and guidance on compensation-related matters. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive analytical solutions, managing compensation data, and providing insights to support pay governance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the integrity of compensation data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems.
  • Develop and maintain analytical models and reports to deliver insightful data analyses for faster decision-making.
  • Provide expert analysis and guidance on compensation-related matters, including pay governance and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Compensation team to develop and implement comprehensive analytical solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate salary survey participation.
  • Administer vendor accounts and invoices.
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Compensation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation analysis, data management, and analytical modeling. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in compensation analysis, data management, and analytical modeling. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience with HRIS systems.
