Senior Financial Analyst, Compensation

LFL is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Management Team, you will be responsible for performing in-depth variance analysis, strategic analysis of compensation structures, and supporting the annual financial planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth variance analysis on a regular basis
  • Support the annual financial planning process and quarterly financial forecasts
  • Manage all bonus programs and track year-to-date bonus liabilities
  • Prepare monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports for compensation and bonus programs
