Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Take an active role in service during all operating hours, ensuring a high standard of quality and exceptional customer service.
  • Staff Management: Assist in the management of staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling.
  • Inventory and Cost Control: Assist in managing inventory and cost control, ensuring that all expenses are within budget.
  • Guest Experience: Foster relationships with regular clientele, increase guest check average, and balance daily cash.
  • Leadership Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance leadership skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, guest service skills, and oral/written communication skills.
  • Strong computer and office administration skills.
  • The ability to train effectively and execute a great guest experience.
  • A passion for food, beverage, and all things related to the restaurant business.
  • An ability to build and foster relationships, commitment to people development.
  • Current First Aid, Serving It Right, and Food Safe Certification preferred but not required.
