Restaurant Assistant Manager

Red Robin Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including scheduling, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs and work in a standing environment for extended periods.
