Job Title: General Manager - Lakeside Dining

Eldorado Resort is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager - Lakeside Dining to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the multiple outlets at Hotel Eldorado, including Lakeside Dining Room, Lounge, Whiskey Bar, Terrace, Innkeepers Room, Room Service, and seasonal Boardwalk service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Assistant Restaurant Managers, Supervisors, and Shift Leaders to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and high-quality service.
  • Establish and maintain training and service standards to ensure professionalism within Hotel Eldorado.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory control, liquor and beer/wine management, and financial responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase guest experience and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of restaurant management experience, with multiple outlet experience an asset.
  • Strong passion for food and beverage, with current knowledge of trends and industry developments.
  • Proven track record of driving restaurant performance and revenue growth, with a focus on guest experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Computer skills, including Squirrel and Excel.
