Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at GDL Carpentry Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, including co-ordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Provide administrative support to office operations
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Answer telephone and relay messages
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office
