Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at GDL Carpentry Services Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make travel arrangements as needed.
  • Office Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Minute Taking: Take minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
