Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Office Support

Pacific Senior Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in a healthcare setting. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage training and development strategies for our healthcare team
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate team members
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Work with our marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an asset
