Position Overview

As a Food Management Lead at B Boyz, you will oversee the daily operations of our culinary services, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order food and kitchen supplies
  • Train team members on their roles, hygiene, and safety protocols
  • Assess ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation
  • Recruit culinary staff
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are upheld
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain inventory records, including stock levels and waste
  • Prepare and submit operational reports
  • Possess knowledge of the restaurant's culinary styles
  • Supervise the delivery of food items
  • Establish work schedules for staff
Supervision

Responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 individuals.
