Position Overview

The Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary services at Booster Juice. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in food service management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met
  • Prepare budget forecasts and cost analyses
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Compile and submit detailed reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for the culinary team
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the establishment's culinary offerings
  • Supervise the assembly of food trays
  • Oversee the delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of 5-10 individuals.

Work Environment
