Position Overview

The Culinary Operations Supervisor at B Boyz is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our dining establishment, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Work Environment
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Language of Work: English
  • Weekly Hours: 35 to 40 hours
  • Educational Requirements: Completion of a college or CEGEP program, or a non-university diploma of 1 to 2 years
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years in a supervisory role
Workplace Conditions

Key Responsibilities
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed
  • Train staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are met
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Prepare and submit operational reports
  • Possess knowledge of the establishment's culinary offerings
  • Supervise the delivery of food items
  • Establish work schedules for staff
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
