Job Summary:
A challenging opportunity exists for a Parts Management Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the receipt, verification, labeling, storage, documentation and security of all parts and supplies in the Parts Room.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Parts Receipt and Storage:
    Receives and stocks parts in an efficient and organized manner.
  • Quality Control:
    Conducts price and quality surveys to ensure accuracy.
  • Customer Service:
    Provides counter service to internal customers.
  • Facilities Maintenance:
    Cleans and organizes shelves, bins, racks, etc., to maintain a clean and orderly parts facility.
  • Data Entry and Reporting:
    Enters necessary data into computer C.R.T. and provides reports as necessary.
  • Repair Order Support:
    Ensures credibility of appropriate information on repair orders and maintains files and other related records.
Requirements:
  • Education:
    High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience:
    1-3 years parts room experience strongly preferred
  • Skills:
    Excellent communication skills, ability to build solid relationships with superiors, peers, and subordinates, computer literate, and strong attention to detail.
Estimated Salary Range: $35,000 - $45,000 per year
