Bubbles Car Wash seeks a skilled Sales Supervisor to oversee our sales team and contribute to our business success. Key responsibilities include:


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assign sales workers to duties to ensure efficient operations
  • Order merchandise to maintain adequate inventory levels
  • Authorize returns of merchandise to meet customer needs
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory to optimize sales and minimize waste
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to ensure smooth operations
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure effective support

Requirements:



  • Valid driver's license for transportation needs
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and team management
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Organizational skills to maintain inventory and ensure accurate reporting
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic to ensure consistent performance
  • Team player with a commitment to collaboration and support
