YM Inc. (Sales) is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring optimal coverage and customer satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff, promoting a culture of excellence and customer focus.
- Manage inventory, ordering merchandise, and authorizing returns to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
