Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring the store is adequately staffed and customers are attended to promptly.
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Manage inventory, ordering merchandise, and authorizing returns to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing labor costs.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
