Customer Experience Coordinator

We're excited to have you join our mission as a Team Lead, so we can continue to make healthy food convenient and affordable for all citizens.

You will be the face of the Freshii brand on the front lines, energizing our guests every day. You'll provide fun, educational and accurate service. You'll resolve any service issues and make sure guests walk away happy.

You'll prepare and stock food, assemble orders and adhere to operational policies. You'll also act as a leader to oversee the team, and help drive sales through operational excellence and on-the-ground marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Prepare and stock food, assemble orders, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Resolve service issues and respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or quick service restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Food Safety Certification
