Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Granite &Quartz Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Authorize Routine Transactions: Verify and approve routine deposits and withdrawals to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Coordinate Team Efforts: Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities, ensuring a cohesive and efficient work environment.
- Quality Control: Examine and verify the accuracy of work to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Guidance: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Leadership and Supervision: Perform duties similar to those of workers supervised, while also coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work to ensure effective team management.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies to support business operations.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with 30-40 hours of work per week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role.
- Language: English language proficiency.
