- Training and Development
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Technical Support
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Arrange repair work to minimize downtime and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Inventory Management
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
- Language
- English language proficiency.
- Work Hours
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
