About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at KT Motors. As a key member of our service operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of customer service representatives to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive team environment.
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Authorize routine deposits and withdrawals to ensure seamless customer transactions.
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Operational Management
    • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on customer service performance and operational metrics.
  • Training and Development
    • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Technical Support
    • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
    • Arrange repair work to minimize downtime and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Inventory Management
    • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
