About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, promoting our products, and ensuring the accuracy of our store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet every customer in a friendly manner and provide extraordinary customer service, offering sales support to our sales teams during busy periods and taking customers through our showroom experience.
  • Inventory Management: Inspect and process incoming jewelry repairs, follow up with customers via phone or email regarding their repair orders, and complete quality checks to ensure that customers have a great experience.
  • Store Operations: Assist in coordinating the showroom appearance, merchandising, and store tidiness, and ensure that all payments and transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Communication: Answer all phone and email correspondences, and professionally communicate face-to-face, over the phone, and in writing.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least one year of experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent time management skills, strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, energetic and outgoing personality, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability: Minimum availability of three days a week, with at least one weekend day, and flexible daytime availability preferred.
