Job Summary

SNG developments Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, based on the national average for this role in Canada. In addition to your annual salary, you can expect to earn approximately 10% in benefits, which translates to an additional $5,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings; record and prepare minutes; determine and establish office procedures and routines; schedule and confirm appointments; answer telephone calls and relay messages; answer electronic enquiries; order office supplies and maintain inventory; arrange travel and related itineraries; greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas; set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems; type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Ability to multitask; excellent oral communication; excellent written communication; flexibility; organized; team player; accurate; client focus; reliability.
