Service Delivery Manager

Zalaris is a global leader in Tech HR and payroll solutions, offering a unique blend of innovation and expertise. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and correct delivery of outsourced payroll and HR services and technology to our clients in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service delivery and continuous improvements, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, taking corrective actions to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Ensure customer documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Prepare monthly service reports and organize service meetings according to governance models.
  • Manage customer relationships, understanding payroll processes end-to-end and ensuring compliance with delivery scope and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in managing customer relationships.
  • Deep understanding of payroll and personnel administration, payroll accounting, and payroll processes.
  • Experience in outsourcing of HR/payroll, accounting, IT, or other business functions.
  • Solid understanding of customer expectations in service business.
  • Business and service-minded, analytical, and customer-focused.
