Service Delivery Manager

Zalaris is a global leader in Tech HR and payroll solutions, offering a unique blend of innovation and expertise. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of outsourced payroll and HR services to our clients in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service delivery and continuous improvements, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, taking corrective actions to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Ensure customer documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Prepare monthly service reports and organize service meetings with clients.
  • Manage change orders and ensure accurate billing and payment processes.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in managing customer relationships and service delivery.
  • Deep understanding of payroll and personnel administration, payroll accounting, and payroll processes.
  • Experience in outsourcing of HR/payroll, accounting, IT, or other business functions.
  • Strong analytical and customer-focused skills, with a business-minded approach.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and relevant payroll regulations.
  • SAP HCM experience is a plus.
