The Bridge Youth & Family Services is a leading non-profit agency in the Okanagan region, dedicated to providing evidence-based and client-centered care. We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our community-based Addiction Nursing team.

As a vital member of the nursing team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate nursing care and support to individuals navigating substance withdrawal and mental health struggles. Our medically supervised and secure environment ensures your safety and provides access to on-site physicians.

**Position Overview:**

  • Full-Time position with 40 hours per week
  • On-call requirements

**Compensation Package:**

  • $66 per hour
  • Additional on-call compensation for on-call hours
  • Evening shift premium: $3.50 per hour between 7pm-7am
  • Weekend shift premium: $2.50 per hour between midnight Friday-midnight Sunday
  • Shift premiums compound: $6.00 per hour between 7pm-7am on weekends

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proficient knowledge of group process and facilitation techniques
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with program team, social workers, and other community professionals

**Location:** Vancouver, BC. Must be willing to commute or relocate with an employer-provided relocation package.
